Nine players were named to the Week 4 NorCal Conference Team of the Week on Thursday. Only two matches were played last weekend. Three clubs nominated players for TOTW, with one club declining to participate in the nomination process.
Steven Barrera makes his second appearance this season on the TOTW, scoring a hat-trick in the Albion defeat. Barrera is joined by a pair of FC Davis Lion, striker Daniel Jebri, who netted another goal to make it five goals in four matches so far in 2026, and Benett Olsen-Zwick, who also scored in Saturday's victory. This is Jebri's third TOTW of the season and Olsen-Zwick's second.
Two players were honored in midfield, Hector Orozco of Albion SC Silicon Valley and Matt Martinez of FC Davis. It is Orozco's second-straight TOTW and the first honor of the season for Martinez.
Both defenders named this week are also TOTW first-timers in 2026, as a duo from Albion are recognized in Daniel Lanusa and Anthony Tafolla.
Finally, two goalkeepers will share the spotlight, as Gerardo Perez Plata from FC Davis is rewarded for his clean sheet performance and Victor Rosales provided the lone bright spot for Afghan Premier FC with a penalty save.
