The League for Clubs (TLfC) is thrilled to announce the addition of Real Central NJ Soccer to its roster of clubs for the upcoming 2026 season.
Founded in 2020, Real Central NJ’s mission is to connect soccer players, fans and the business community in the Greater Princeton, New Jersey region. 2021 was the Club’s first season, playing in both the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) and USL League Two.
Real Central NJ is a demonstrated pathway for rising professional talent. Four former players have been selected in the MLS SuperDraft and numerous men’s and women’s players compete professionally, both in the states and abroad. The club plays its home matches at Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ, where fans and local businesses enjoy a vibrant gameday atmosphere that includes a beer garden, food truck and activities for fans of all ages to enjoy.
“Real Central NJ is taking another step to give even more top collegiate players access to our quality training and gameday environment,” said Ira Jersey, RCNJ Men’s Sporting Director. "Joining TLfC also gives our fans even more opportunities to watch high-level soccer. Soccer’s growth is parabolic and we’re planning for even more exciting expansion in Central NJ as we head into 2026.”
Real Central NJ partners with area youth academies for player development and identification. Off the field, the club is deeply committed to community service, supporting multiple local charities, including the Boys and Girls Club, HomeFront, and the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK).
Real Central NJ is expected to play in the East Region in the upcoming season. Complete 2026 conference alignment will be announced in January.
