PSC Panama Beach City FC joins TLfC in 2026

December 31, 2025

The League for Clubs (TLfC) is excited to announce the addition of PSC Panama City Beach FC to its roster of clubs for the upcoming 2026 season.

Since 2017, PSC FC has a rich history of success and player development in the UPSL, having won Division 1 twice - once in Arizona and once in California - and the Premier Division in Arizona in 2023. PSC FC’s club philosophy revolves around providing a professional training environment and giving its players unprecedented exposure by bringing in Sporting Directors and Head Coaches from professional clubs around the United States and Europe. In 2025, the club had coaches visit from Ireland, Malta, England, the USL Championship and USL League One. Since its founding, PSC programs have helped place over 750 players into professional opportunities worldwide.

PSC Panama City Beach FC will be led by Tom Taylor and David Irving, who worked together previously at Wilmington Hammerheads FC and at FC Tulsa of the USL Championship.

David Irving has over 50 years of experience in the pro game. His 15-year playing career was spent at top-tier clubs such as Everton FC, Sheffield United and Fort Lauderdale Strikers (NASL), to name a few. Irving spent over 20 seasons in the USL as a Head Coach and Sporting Director, where he has gained a reputation for discovering top talent, including Glenn Murray (EPL), Luke Mulholland (MLS) and 2015 USL Rookie of the Year Brady Ballew, who was discovered at a PSC combine.

PSC Panama City Beach FC will train and play its home matches at Publix Sports Park in Panama City Beach, FL. Noted as one of the premier sports destinations in the Florida panhandle, Publix Sports Park boasts 12 soccer fields and a championship stadium. The park hosted PSC Panama City Beach FC during its successful 2025 campaign and will be their home again in 2026.

The club will compete in TLfC’s Gulf Coast Conference in 2026. Full conference and region alignment will be announced in January.
