“We’re excited to bring high-level soccer to New Orleans, giving this talented soccer community and its fans the platform to shine through both seasoned players and emerging academy talents,” said Mason Walsh, who is the head coach of NOLA Ramparts FC and also leads Game Play Academy, an affiliate of the Jefferson Parish Soccer Academy (JPSA).
“This is a great opportunity for emerging talents in the New Orleans area to challenge themselves in a competitive men’s league and to be surrounded by experienced players. We have fantastic backing from local soccer fans and families, and creating a well-rounded soccer experience for them is essential to our mission of growing the game in our city,” said Walsh.
NOLA Ramparts FC is the first club from Louisiana to join TLfC. They are expected to play in the Gulf Coast Conference in 2026. Full conference and regional alignment will be announced in January.
