Mid-American Conference clubs, schedule, postseason details announced

March 26, 2026

The League for Clubs (TLfC) is excited to announce the clubs that will compete in the Mid-American Conference in 2026 along with regular season schedule and playoff details.

Two clubs return to the Mid-American Conference from 2025, defending champion (and Central Region champion) Tulsa Athletic and Union KC. They will be joined by two sides that are new to TLfC in 2026, Evolution U23 of Omaha, Nebraska, and Emporia FC of Emporia, Kansas.

The four clubs will play 10 regular season matches against each other. Following the regular season, the top two in the standings will play a winner-take-all match for the Mid-American Conference Championship. That match will be hosted by the top club in the standings and will take place the weekend of July 11-12.

The Mid-American Conference winner will play the winner of the Red River Conference the following weekend (July 18-19) to determine who will represent TLfC’s Central Region in the 2026 National Finals.

A full Red River Conference schedule is expected early next week.
