FC Westlake joins TLfC in 2026

December 17, 2025

The League for Clubs (TLfC) is excited to announce the addition of FC Westlake to its roster of clubs for the upcoming 2026 season.

FC Westlake was founded in 1989 with the mission of introducing the joy of soccer to families in the Austin community. The club’s passion and commitment to youth development have propelled it from those humble beginnings into the second largest youth soccer club in the Austin-San Antonio corridor, serving players from toddlers to U-19 and offering clear pathways for all levels of play.

FC Westlake competes in multiple competitive youth leagues and competitions, both girls and boys, offering a mix of local, regional and national competition for developing talent.

“We’re incredibly excited to play in The League for Clubs,” said Stephen Ferguson, Executive Director of FC Westlake. “TLfC offers our current and former players a high-performance environment to compete over the summer months and continue developing at a level that challenges them and fuels their passion for the game.”

The club will play its home matches at Onion Creek Soccer Complex in Austin, TX. FC Westlake is the second club located in Austin to join TLfC this off-season, joining Capital City SC, who was announced in November.

TLfC will have two Texas conferences in 2026 and FC Westlake will play in the South Texas Conference. Full conference and region alignment will be announced in January.
